The story of DeLorme, Hamilton & Raulston began in law school, where Jay Hamilton and Web Raulston formed a friendship based on a shared commitment to the law. After years of collaboration, they officially joined forces in 2025.
In 2026, the firm entered a new chapter by merging with Angela DeLorme, P.C., a move rooted in deep community ties and history. Angela, the first female attorney in Fannin County, originally practiced with the late David Ralston, the former Georgia Speaker of the House. These connections run deep: Speaker Ralston was a relative of Web Raulston, and Jay Hamilton previously served as his campaign manager.

When it is helpful — particularly for long‑standing relationships or key matters — she may join conversations to provide insight and continuity. Day‑to‑day legal work is handled by our attorney team so clients receive more responsive support.

Why is Angela seeing fewer clients?

Angela intentionally shifted into an Of Counsel role so she can focus on mentoring, relationships, referral partnerships, and guiding the firm’s direction. By freeing her schedule from daily appointments, clients actually benefit from increased attorney availability and efficiency.

Is Angela stepping away?

No. Angela remains part of the firm — simply in a different capacity. She supports the team, nurtures key relationships, and offers guidance when her experience is needed.
